    Cabbage and Chickpeas patties Ingredients:
    Baked chickpeas 1 cup (250 g)
    ½ Cabbage (300 g)
    Garlic powder 1 tsp (4 g)
    Onion powder 1 tsp (4 g)
    Salt 1 tsp (4 g)
    Cumin powder 1 tsp (4 g)
    Chickpea flour 2 tbsps (30 g)
    Olive oil 10 ml
    Special topping ingredients:
    Vegetable butter 20 g
    ½ onion (60 g)
    1 stalks of Celery (150 g)
    Cherry tomatoes 50 g
    Salt ½ tsp (2 g)
    Cabbage and Chickpeas patties Recipe:
    First, chop the cabbage into pieces.
    Then place it in a food processor and chop it well.
    Next, add the chickpeas to the food processor.
    Add the spices and chickpea flour to the food processor. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour the mixture into a bowl and knead it a little.
    Now, place a frying pan over low heat and add olive oil to it.
    Shape the mixture into patties and arrange them in the pan, frying one side for 5 minutes.
    Then, flip the patties and fry the other side for another 5 minutes.
    Now, prepare the special topping.
    First, slice the onion.
    Place a pan over low heat and add butter to it.
    Then, add the sliced onions to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes.
    Meanwhile, chop the celery stalk and add it to the pan.
    Add salt, stir, and sauté for another 3 minutes.
    Finally, halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan.
    Cover the pan and let the ingredients cook for 5 minutes.
    You can serve the cabbage & chickpea patties with your special topping.
