My dad was super into Pokemon with me when I first started my Pokemon journey. We would play the games and collect the cards together. Some of my favorite memories!

I recently went through mine, all 3500 cards from base to the gym challenge or whatever it is. Very disappointed at myself when I saw a lot of the cards condition from when I was 7 to 11ish. But I have had such a good time improving how I organized them in the binder :) I’m 26 and have gotten back into collecting. I also have the machamp in its packaging surprisingly lmao.
I remember a friend and I used to collect and trade them during lunch and someone tried picking a fight saying digimon was better but Digimon didn't have trading cards at the time. Or rather the kid had none to show off! Lol
I never growed up in the 90's so I've been collecting base set cards and evolutions, to see how they looked. And mange to get a shiny pikachu. I'd never thought they were for that much!

As a kid I used to lay out my entire collection, organize them by dex number and read all of the flavor text. I just don’t have space to lay them all out anymore, lol.
