I think this tutorial is better than the others because you used a real 3D scan with errors, great work. I wish there was a non-commercial license that is affordable for private users, 3D scanners and 3D printers are becoming more and more popular in private households. Agree. "perfect" scan data is rare, so this is lot more true to real world scenario.
I have never seen gears with such contours....hahaha
