Driving home this eve from a new moon circle, your song (this song) came up on KCRW. Had to chazam it and find out who this was that was so captivating. WOW, Grace, can't wait to hear more of your creations. This song is so raw, unique, pulling, pushing and grabbing my attention. I felt like a voyer for a moment. Nice to come across such rare talent. You’re a good songwriter and when you actually sing, it sounds like you may have a good voice in there somewhere.
Spend more time singing and less time growling. Different isn’t necessarily better.
That approach may have gotten you noticed, now concentrate on improving your vocal delivery and leave the ‘shock value’ to the amateurs.
