When Covid restrictions allow, I'm thinking of volunteering in cadets. Does CCF/ACF accept civilian (IE: non-uniform wearing) adult instructors?
My skillsets are fieldwork, climbing, first aid and shooting.

They do accept non uniformed not sure if the roles are different from uniformed though
