I literally can’t even go back to my old ways of falling asleep…I absolutely have to turn on this VERY CLEAN WHITE NOISE just to fall asleep. I feel incomplete without it. I was introduced to the white noise community from a mom group when I became pregnant and I’ve tried a few but none compares to this one! My baby is asleep within 10 minutes- nap time and bedtime! We love it!!!! It’s the best one on TH-cam and the no ads make it a thousand times better! I’m probably 1 million of your views hahaha😅😅 thank you!!
This is the best white noise you can find in the internet. It is not so hard. It is a very gentle sound. And it is so nice that there is no disturbing ad in it that wakes up my baby so i can let this video on over night. Sorry for my English. I am from germany. I am glad that i found this white noise, that is good for our baby and also for us. And it is so good, that the screen is Black, so you can open the video from TV

I saw a post on Instagram about white noise helping with ADHD so I gave it a shot. It’s incredible how it blocks all my distracting thoughts and helps me focus on what’s in front of me. I hope anyone with the same issue finds luck with this. I’ve never been medicated for my disorder.

Does anyone know why white noise works so well? I'm curious about the science behind it.... even as an adult I find it's a sound my body naturally needs to hear to calm down and it lulls me to sleep very quickly....
