Right click on the file, choose open with paint, press Ctr+W, type 10% in both height and width, ok the save file. It will reduce size of the file then go to Excel, Data>Data from picture
Click the sheet name bar and add A1000 it will come automatically

This looks complicated. Just use =SEQUENCE (range of numbers) e.g. =SEQUENCE(50) gives you a list of numbers 1-50.
