If Fried signs with the Giants, he must have some inside knowledge who the team is getting because the Giants are not just a “Max Fried” away from legitimately competing in the West. They were 80-82 last year in a division with the Dodgers and Padres. They need more than just a starting pitcher.
I see them just biding time and allowing Buster Posey to begin a rebuild. I hope I'm wrong but it sure looks that way. Hard to rebuild when you have one of the bottom 5 rated minor league systems...and who do they have to trade for good young prospects?

Kratz is a FOREVER GIANT
If Kratz is then so is AJ. At least AJ played a full season as a Giant.
Wake me up when Giants actually signs a big bat.
The Dodgers want all of them. 😢
Wake up
Grew up a Dodgers fan. I know it doesn't mean a whole lot but if the Dodgers want him it will be hard to say no.
still confused why Giants are taking a step back

Juan Soto signing with the Red Sox?? See i can clickbait too. Just add question marks when you dont have substance.
Someone gag AJ !
Yucky 🤮
No way! He hates the Giants!
Dodgers all the way!
So the Dodger can have $130mil in deferrals every year for years while none of the players no longer play on the team? lol
@@MassBoost Only shoheis money is deferred and also yes when ownership is worth over 300 billion.
