Its a compliance test because your searching for a yes or no answer. Is it the same or not. That leaves us with B and C. Its the job of a program libarary to ensure source and object versions are the same. So its the test of the program libarary. The compilers job is to compile, its job is not to be a control. The program libararies job is to be a control. Compliance testing tests controls.
