    Ingredient List
    500 gm Udad dal aata(coarse)
    500 gm Pure Ghee
    100 gm Besan(coarse)
    50 gm Katlu
    100 gm Edible gum
    50 gm Ganthoda powder
    50 gm Shinghada aata
    25 gm Dry ginger powder
    2 spoon Cardamom powder
    150 gm Dry fruit powder
    400 gm sugar or as per your taste
    How to make Adadiya Pak :
    Take one big vessel
    Add two spoon pure ghee
    Add 100 gm edible gum
    Fry until Edible gum puff up
    When puffed up, remove it from flame and cool down completely
    Make corase powder and keep aside for later use
    In the same vessel, add 500 ml Pure Ghee
    Add 500 gram Udad dal aata(coarse)
    Roast it on slow flame
    Add 100 gm Besan(coarse)
    Roast Udad dal flour and Besan for almost 45 minutes
    Aata will turn into golden brown and nice aroma
    When Pure Ghee start getting seperated
    Add 50gm Katlu
    Add 50gm Shinghada aata
    Add 50 gm Ganthoda powder
    Add 100gm crushed edible gum
    Mix ingredients well
    Add 25gm dry ginger powder
    Add 150gm dry fruit powder
    Mix well
    Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes
    Add two spoon cardamom powder
    Mix well
    Let the mixture cool completely
    When mixture is cooled down completely add 400 gm powdered sugar
    Mix well
    Take big plate or tray and grease it with pure ghee
    Transfer the mixture into a big plate
    Spread the mixture evenly
    Garnish with dryfruit powder
    Cut into desired shape
    Now Adadiya pak is set after 6 hours
    Adadiya Pak is ready to serve
