Humare yaha green methi and black paper and clove bhi dalkar banate hai winter season main. Paniye khakre ke patte main makka ki roti banakar uple main bati ki tarah banate hai, baswara Rajasthan se Ratlam mp region tak. Thanks

Meri dadi Kuver(Aloe veira)Achar (Goud Keiri )mein dalte thay aur hum vuhi dhoondte thay it was so yummy . Both the recipes are similar to my maa and Dadi's dishes 👏👏👏

Kuver paak 2 litres milk boil till it reduces to half Add 1 cup aloe vera that is blended & strained into the same pan again keep it stirring on low heat till becomes all dry lump like. Add 1 cup cream and 1 cup sugar syrup and cook again till it’s all dried lumpy consistency. Now spread flatly in a pan with 1/2 -1 inch let it cool down completely and layer it with cow ghee garnish with nuts and put in refrigerator to cool down further atleast 1-2 hr and then it’s ready to eat. It’s eaten during winter time
