10:15 A little correction: This was not done to prove Hanuman ji's own power, it was done to break Garud's and Sudharshan chakra's pride of being the fastest deity and most powerful weapon. Hanuman ji was very humble and never took pride on his own powers, and he is known to show other powerful beings their place when they start being very pridey about it and basically humble them down.
Also he didn't teleport, he flew, faster than Garud. Of all powere he possessed teleportation was not one of them, he is not known to teleort anywhere.

Hello. The panchmukhi Hanuman story comes when Ahiravana (not Indrajeet) kidnaps Ram and Laxman. Hanuman rescues them as you mentioned by blowing the five lamps.

Lord Vishnu realised that His vehicle "Garuda" and his weapon "Sudarshan" had developed ego. For that reason Lord Vishnu called for Lord Hanuman to teach them lesson. Hence, Lord Hanuman destroyed Garuda's ego by flying faster and reaching earlier to Vishnu. Secondly, Sudarshan was serving as the door keeper of Lord Vishnu. When Sudarshan stopped Hanuman at the door, Hanuman put Sudarshan inside his mouth, this destroying his ego.
