Fate unlimited blade work abridged episode 0 is more of thing making reference to the actual anime which has a episode zero
But oh boy you’re going to spoil yourself not on this anime but all of fate franchise
Cause it literally pretty much joke on joke about the fate franchise in general

90% of the jokes won't make any sense if you haven't seen at lease UBW

unlimited blade works is one of the 3 paths you can take in the original visual novel , involving Rin Tohsaka as a love interst. Fate is the first route of the VN , which involves saber , and Heaven's feel is the 3rd and last route of the visual novel , which has sakura as the love interest for shirou.
Obviously , the setting is similar in all 3 , but the plot starts splitting depending on the choices shirou makes in the VN.
If your willing to read a lot then the games are good just remember that the one this anime is based on is a visual novel so there isn't much game play, Its a good read though, you need to read through it to the ending once to unlock other paths for a total of three paths.

And yes, the games are actually worth playing. If you do not mind hours of monologue and the occasional erotic scenes (the latter is heavily censored in the Realta Nua version).

It wasn't bad, atleast from what I remember
Deen stay night is what people call the version of Fate that was adapted by Studio Deen. Long strory short, it was a bad adaptation that tried to do too much with an 80 hour visual novel despite being only 24 episodes. The movie was even worse as it rushed things horrendously.
I prefer the term Dean/Stay Night. Rolls of the tongue better.
@@NinjaKumaReacts it wasn't. People that probably haven't even watched it (or read the novel) love talking about shit they don't even know about. The only thing deen does wrong , is trying to integrate some heaven's feel and unlimited blade works elements in what was supposed to be just the fate route alone. But that happens in like 2-3 episodes , and does't really takes much from the original plot of the fate route.
The ending is exactly as in the VN , and the ost are the best in the entire fate franchise for example. But plenty of people just repeating shit they heard online , without actually watching it.
If you worship the ground Ufotable walks on like the rest of us lowly mortals, then you'll probably enjoy The Garden of Sinners, it's an 8-part movie series that takes place in the Nasuverse, just like Fate UBW, it has the same drool-inducing animation and a better plot.
The reference was cause unlimited blade works started with an episode zero.
