- 2 easy ways to make a money lei for graduation.
For the first one, buy a dollar store flower lei and add a dollar bill over each separator.
The second method uses colored construction paper and can be made in your school's colors.
I would recommend making the construction paper lei longer than I made it in the video so it's not so bulky to wear.

Is this construction paper or card stock ?
It’s card stock. But you could make it with construction paper also.
These r dumb. So much work to cut all that tape.
I used small paperclips instead of tape so it's also easier to take the money off (and so it doesn't end up ripping or going to waste) and it worked really well. saved time cutting and dealing with little pieces of tape too :)
@@abigaillin6635 great idea! Takes the fun out when you have to cut all that tape then it’s stuck on the money also.
That's not a bad idea but I'd be afraid the paper clips would fall off when worn. But it would make getting the money off easier that's for sure.
