Cops are pretty imaginative when saying they were in fear of their lives. "He wouldn't get to the ground when ordered. He aggressively rolled the wheelchair towards the officer who was going to be pinned against the wall putting her in danger of grave bodily harm. The policewoman had no option but to shoot."
