You complete the Republic ground assault on Naboo (go to the place where you select a level and click on rep. ground assault) and then use a sith character, a bounty hunter and magnaguard to unlock the gate.
To get Nute Gunray, you need to complete the Republic Ground Assault battle for Naboo which will have him appear in the brig like many other Separatist leaders such as Poggle the Lesser. For the other one, I assume you mean Worth Loathsom, in which case do the same for the Republic Ground Assault for Christophsis.
