    That was brilliant! Had a question about what an employee could do about deleted evidence? I suspect the company I worked for asked their IT specialists to delete every trace of the meeting I had with my manager on Teams. It never showed up on the 2 DSAR requests I made.

      This happens a lot unfortunately! I'm not quite sure what you can do about getting deleted meeting notes back, but depending on certain factors, a Judge might find that strange enough that it gives more credence to your story. Like for example, if the meeting took place within the past six months and their policy states that all notes are to be held for a period of a year, but then you make a complaint about something that was said during the meeting and all of a sudden it disappears? It'd be a bit of a red flag!

      @valla_law thank you for your reply, much appreciated :) I had put about the deletion in my grievance and they didn't acknowledge or address it in the outcome. I'll just emphasise it on my witness statement!
