Sir i diagnosed with AFLP this is my first baby. Can i try for second pregnancy.
And from mother to girl baby will genetically go this AFLP ?

Yes you can with close follow up during antenatal care.
Your child should undergo molecular testing for Long-chain 3 hydroxy acyl coenzyme A (CoA) dehydrogenase (LCHAD) deficiency.
