Great shooting! To be consistanly within 2 yards on every target is impressive. I wish the scoring rings were more consistant with true vitals/kill zones. Well done!!
A 9 average is always my goal. Sometimes I hit it and sometimes I don’t. Nice shooting. 8.66 per is purdy dat gawn strong. You have a solid strong shot. Well done.
Nice job - pretty good shooting and yardage estimation (I won't tell you about me totally missing a buffalo at under 20 yards). I like that bino/RF harness that you are using. What brand is it, please?
I love watching other people shoot I usually pick up some little tidbit of information that useful. I shot today and shot horrible so it was nice seeing a well executed shot generally. My form was crap and it showed in my scores. A few years ago after 25 years of shooting trad I started using my binos to look at the target closer and pick out a fine point to aim at. It seems to help.
I love traditional archery. I chose the trad life and don't worry about yardage. I do, however, need to practice further distances like 30 to 40. Anything 25 and in is good
You’re doing fine don’t be hard on yourself. You’re a great shot and I love your determination and dedication.Did you stop using a clicker? Are ya doing the feather touch?
Another cool video we just had our last chance 3-D shoot at the club. 40 targets 400 possible I shot a 284 this weekend my goal 300!! Average shot 27 yds 👍
You shoot better than I do!! I noticed something , you drop your bow arm and the bow moves to the left when you shoot. Is this why you are hitting the right of the target?? I thought after the shot you keep the bow straight out so it does not move after the shot? .. I miss shooting 3d targets!!!
Like how that Osage looks! Good shooting as always. Do you have a different gap every 2 yards is that why you were estimating the distance down to +-1 yd?
Thanks! I just like to work on the skill of judging. For example, my gap is pretty much the same from 20-22 yards, so I don't have to be perfect but I still like working on it.
The not so secret way to successfully shoot instinctively is to forget about trying to figure yardage. Develop a solid repeatable consistent anchor and bow grip, burn your concentration 90% or so on the smallest spot in the middle of your bullseye or spot on the animals vitals you are wanting to hit. Never aim or concentrate on the entire target or animal. Don't try to aim with you arrow tip to try to figure hold over or hold under with it. Allow your brain and subconscious to tell you how to point the arrow without really concentrating on the tip very much. Howard Hill could hit a lion in the eye at a distance he never tried to figure out. Practice this approach and you will eventually train your brain to figure hold over or under without even thinking about it. Remember, concentrate almost entirely on that smallest of spots in the center of what you want to hit and let your subconscious aim you arrow tip.
To me, that is a modern bow. Why call it traditional? Just as modern as compound bows and Olympic recurves when compared to bows from 50,000 years ago...
Please post more videos! I love watching these 3D shoots.
Enjoyed watching both of you shoot...Nothing better than having your sister along with you...
The consistency of being 2 yards off was impressive in itself. Nice shooting!!
Nice range! Beautiful bow! Great archer! 10/10 video
Great video! Sis is showing some nice form. She must have a good mentor!❤
Awesome shooting and video! Thanks for sharing
You have excellent form and release.
Thanks for taking us along. Good job.

You are an outstanding shot. Especially considering how close you have to judge distance. To be off by 3 or 4 yards for me doesn't matter much.
Good stuff!
Really awesome you share part of your shot process with us! Keep them arrows flying true!
Have you put the KB up in the closet now ? Looks like you’re really enjoying the yellow Widow.

Haha! The bino harness is the Kifaru Bino Harness.

Very interesting videos and some great shots 👍
I want to see before and after of how that Osage darkened up!
That looks like Fort Crowder
Going to 3d courses is the best hunting practice. Darren
Another good video! Keep up the great content!
Great video, as always 👍
What lbs is your bow? It's quick for sure. Great videos.

Is that the Kifaru Deluxe bino harness you’re wearing?
Yes it is!

No sight, no stabilizers, no mechanical rest, no release aid. This is far from even olympic recurves. A more traditional style.
I think you are confusing traditional with selfbows or primitive. Her bow looks like a stick compared to a compound.
I just wanna know where I can find me a girl like this one!
You still did a good job
