Hey Eyecraftmc just wanted to say thank you for all your videos. My 6 year old daughter and I just started playing Minecraft about one month ago *super late to the party, I know* and you have made this massive game so much easier to understand. My daughter and I love your videos. Thank you!
Your videos are the best. Full of practical content as well as fun and interesting uses. I never knew you could do so much with tnt - going to try some of these fun cannons!
Something interesting I noted - TNT tends to blow up blocks about 4 blocks higher than it but about ten blocks lower than it in the chain netherite mining method. Therefore, if you want to actually show the greatest amount of ancient debris, you wouldn't place the TNT at Y=14 because that exposes y=4 to y=18. It would probably be better to use Y=18 to get from Y=8 to Y=22 (ish). Do feel free to correct me if you think I'm wrong EC.
If I remember correctly, while strip mining at y level 18 in the nether, lava pool is right above the head and a lava source starts to pour into the strip quite often, so using a tnt blast at y 18 might be able to expose the most amount of ancient debris but will also make it unreachable.
@@EvilQwack yeah tnt-size explosions above y=14 are more likely to hit all the massive lava lakes. y=11-13ish tends to avoid those while still not being too low
instead of the 2 blocks + skip, try adding 1 tnt every 5th block (with 4 air spaces in between them). This causes a controlled chain reaction and no blocks are lost (besides being more economical aside from tnt duping). For area cleaning, make a "tnt golem" (the shape of the iron golem in tnt, still every 5th block).
Im here alot. Looking at tutorials and stuff, I have also caught a few livestreams. Very nice. I have Minecraft beta on my phone, 1.19.70 (believe it's close to bedrock) anyhow, I can't seem to put more than 1 Minecraft on track anymore. May want to double check. Or maybe it's a java feature and everything's over my head.
By hand you can't, but you can still stack them with a dispenser or by making them fall on the same rail from another one (though they aren't as volatile as in java, they won't explode by contact)
Creeper farms are awful in Bedrock, but hostile mob farms can be pretty effective. Ghast farms and village-stacked raid farms are also great sources of gunpowder. Unfortunately though, TNT only drops 25% of blocks in Bedrock. It's one of the worst version differences imo, and needs to be fixed.
@bariumselenided5152 AFAIK it's even worse with beds (greater blast power = fewer drops percentage-wise IIRC). If you're mainly interested in ancient debris it's a bit of a moot point because neither of them can break blocks of ancient debris. The fires the beds start also can't destroy ancient debris' item form once you break the block, because its item form is fireproof.
Another solid video dude informative and helpful! Only thing I would do differently is be a bit more comedic like you’ve done in other videos. That little bit of comedy makes these videos go to another level!
Eyecraft can you make a video on how and best way to setup creeper farms? I know there are plenty of them out there, but I do want to see how you would do it or recommend a guide of someone making one.
th-cam.com/video/NSsMd1taQRo/w-d-xo.html this one was uploaded 2 days ago and it works great! It spawns more than just creepers but it’s a really good afk farm for gunpowder, as well as bones and string
@@just70hq Hopefully it works as the video comment did say that it works pretty much in different platforms Update: I don't think it works (at least 4 me) cuz when I place the redstone torch on side of piston n activate it: it gets knocked off....)
I study chemistry in germany and in real life Trinitrotoluene is a very interesting chemical compound. Its sum formula is C7H5N3O6. So to craft this you need Toluene, sulfuric acid and nitric acid (please dont try. I will not tell what temperature or other reaction conditions it would take but the reaction mechanism is quite interesting). When sulfuric acid H2SO4 and nitric acid HNO3 are combined, the sulfuric acid wants to give a Proton H+ to the nitric acid. So we have HSO4- and H2NO3+. The last one is very unstable so it will eliminate Water H2O. So we get NO2+. Although this ion is stabilised it has still a lack of electrons. At this point we need our Toluene. Toluene is a ring of carbon atoms and because of their carbon=carbon double bonds it has lots of electrons. These electrons from the ring can attack the NO2+ in an "electrophilic aromatic substitution". The ring will eliminate one H+ and we have nitrotoluene. If this will happen two more times we get our TNT. But why is it that explosive? When this will react there is a lot of nitrogen in our TNT that can build nitrogen gas. Nitrogen gas is very stable so a lot of energy will be released. Also nitrogen gas takes a lot more volume than solid TNT. That creates the huge shock wave. Additionally TNT contains a lot of oxygen. And we need oxygen to burn things. So we dont need to take that much oxygen out of the air because its already a part of TNT. This will make the reaction way faster. So a lot of energy is released in a very short time. (The oxygen will react with carbon and hydrogen to CO2 and H2O, which are also gaseous and stabilised...) Oh and please dont eat TNT. Its a very small and almost flat molecule. And because of that it could accumulate in your DNA and cause cancer very easy.
Hi can you show a tnt duping tath push tnt horizzontaly with water in a explosion chamber and how to time it with blocks beeng pushed inside the chamber to get exploded?
This video began with a "T" for teen and "blood" and "violence" warnings. I immediately thought how could Eye's TNT video warrant that labeling then realized it was an ad. XD
still think the beds are better than tnt in the neither plus it's alot easier to make a tree and wool farm than a gunpowder and sand farm, hell don't even need the tree farm tbf but wood never loses it's use in the late game so no reason not to make one anyways.
haha I've done that once with the villager house went on a server spree and built basses watching my neighbors for any activity if I found someone active I would go into their houses and anywhere there was a pressure plate or button I'd place tnt right behind it man the gold old days LMAO 🤣🤣
Guys can anyone remember what fps mods eyecraftmc uses? I've heard him mention it a million times on the livestreams when people ask but i've forgotten. So he sometimes uses optifine but in the earlier livestreams was using sodium and something else? Any ideas what it was? I tried optifine on win11 and couldn't get it to run smoothly so have switched to sodium which is working but there was another mod eyecraft mentioned. Any ideas?
