Welcome, and thank you for watching The ACS Library. Today's video lesson covers Airworthiness Directives or AD's and Special Airworthiness Info Bulletins or SAIB's.
AD's (Compliance is mandatory!) are covered in FAR Part 39. AD's applying to individual aircraft may be researched at faa.gov.
SAIB's (Compliance is non-mandatory, but recommended) are covered in Order 8110.110B (currently).
