He said the songs wrote themselves and he was a medium for them - sometimes his stage presence exudes the same otherworldly presence. There's only one. Nice share!
In case I've not made it clear - I love ❤️ this song and FFS as a student I bought the album or maybe a bf bought me it in order to try to endear himself to me. What a trusting f##kin fool I used to be. I've long forgot the mad bf. I will never forget Bob Dylan. The only man I ever gave credence to. Keep on keepin on gorgeous man. ❤️
This is incredibly good! Bob’s deep heart & soul delivery vocally but also with his guitar! Wonderful to see and hear! Thank you Wools and your Bro! 🙌🤍
this version is magnificent, Bobby's voice is perfect and musically you are also right without doubt one of the best versions of this superb song thanks again Woolhy💝💝
For every mood I have had throughout my life, beginning when I was a teen in the late 60's, a song of Bob's has shown itself to me at the exact right time. No matter if I have them stored at home, on my phone or happen to listen to something just noticed online - THE perfect song, and the most perfect version for that exact moment in my life has made its way to my ears and my attention. Occasionally, another listen to the very same version a day or two later is just another good song from Bob. So there is now way to understand this magic that I recieve. I've see Bob in person about a dozen times, sometimes alone - others, dragging a friend with me. Once, from the edge of a stage directly above where us lucky ones in the first few rows were allowed up to dance, I looked directly up - still can't fathom why - but there he was, looking straight down at me. Still can't say for sure that I caught a tiny glympse of a smile... or were the lights playing tricks on me ...dunno, maybe. All I know is that man means a lot to me - Bob and his magic, I don't want to ever be without it.
I am 48 Been through Life and back a few times. Saw Dylan 16 times from 91 to 2015 and Enjoyed most shows, Loved 4 of them and the last one was awful. This was during his 90's peak. GREAT WORK!!!
Am sorry but it ain't possibly, it's definitely the best version I've heard, I love this song, but the guitar on this video is beautiful, you are privileged when at Dylan gig, he decides to give a stellar performance nuffin can beat it bin to many of his shows, but when he's on top of his game he can't be touched 👑🎙🎤🎸🎶
Woolhall, you and all young people like this version and elect this version as the better, however, even I folow loving Bob, I prefer that old version that Bob sings with Joan Baez with his acoustic guitar and his sweet voice....💖💖😘😘
Hi Woolhall, I was at this show as well as the show the night after. I remember meeting your brother (Manchester, right?) before the show and speaking to him the next night in Syracuse as he mentioned filming the night before. Can you post the "Maggie's Farm" which immediately followed this tune (you can hear Watson start "Maggies" right at the end of this video). Cheers.
Bob Dylan....hippest dude on the planet for over 60 years!!
At my age I somehow have to admit I only ever took seriously the words of my parents and Bob Dylan.
Sad to say in some ways, despite content like your's, I need to get off social media. It's a total headf##k. But keep on bringing joy to others! X
But only now I see I should've listened to none of them. How to destroy your life in three easy stages
Thank you for posting... 50+ year fan... Rock on, Mr Dylan!
The man lives and truly feels every single word. That's his way. Not everyone can 'get in there' and express themselves the way he does. I love it.
Totally Jim
Warms my heart. Dylan is so at home on stage. Beautiful version of such a lovely song. Thank you for posting,Mr.Woolhall.
@Jim Wilson Very true!

I’m partial to the version he sang at the 1985 Farm Aid with Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.
