Hi Evan, great videos, thanks. Can I please ask you a small favor and question re your D-Max with the suspension lift. Would you be able to tell me the exact height with the car standing level on concrete or bitumen; from the Ground to the Floor of the Tub. And one more from the Ground to the highest point of the side of the Tub where the Canopy sits on. Thanks and keep doing what you're doing, it's super!! Cheers, Kurt
have a question . . . 4WD SUVs & light pickup trucks equipped with a 2.0 in. or 3.0 in. suspension lift actually has different level of lift between the forward & aft suspension setup . . . if the front axle has a true 3.0 in. lift the rear axle has something like a 2.6 in. or 2.5 in. lift . . . so my question is why's the lift less at the rear? might as well have a true 3.0 in. of full spec suspension lift both at the front & rear . . . if not why??? please advise . . .
I'm running tough dog absorbers on the front of my Pajero and adjustable absorbers and 0 -300kg leaf springs in the rear. Disappointed all these are given only 30mm lift or thereabouts in both front and rear.
Nice special effects at 2:21 ! Good job
My Prado loves it’s Tough Dog suspension

How is the ride compared to stock

Offset rim?
Sorry very much a rookie here. When fitting a lift kit is the height fixed or is that up to the person installing it?
How on earth would that heavy duty lift kit ride softer than the original lol
Is a 40mm lift the same as a 2inch ??
it depends, the 41mm kits vary depending on your vehicle. but ultimately yes its the same.
How does it ride now, compared to the stock suspension with no load. Is it still a stiff ride?
Of course it is these just look at the difference in the image where he shows the leafs , that thing would be stiff as hell
@@kx501 This whole video doesnt make sense. He complains about stiff ride unladen then proceeds to triple the amount of leaf packs in the rear
Can the stock upper control arm tolerate the additional lift?
get a diff drop just to be safe
those brake lines looked tight
She flexes gud
