A nice easy, and most importantly, quick recipe, (not 24 hours), without much fuss, and no music to distract the listener, (thank you for that). The rolls/little baguettes came out really well. Thanks for the recipe and an excellent and well presented video. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tried with the exact ingredients and came out really really good 💕 its my first time making bread (Im 16yo) .. i was very very happy with the results ... my family also loved it so much 💜🌸 thank you sooo much 💙🌸
Cool 😎 me an my little cousin are going to make meatball subs from scratch tomorrow hope it turns out as good as you said yours did (im 17 cousin is 6)
@@Ivelisse_Fala How'd it turn out? Super excited to hear kids actually into cooking, barely any in my generation know how to cook it seems.. (millenials)
I just tried your recipe and it is absolutely fantastic!!!! It is better than subway bread. The only thing I did extra was added oregeno and basil to flour while needing. The smell of baked bread in the house is the added touch. Thanks!!!!
OMG OMG OMG ❗️❗️❗️I FINALLY FOUND A recipe and instructor who I could understand and actually replicate the process and results,,, thank you so much ❗️❗️❗️
This recipe is spot on....I have only made banana bread before. Never made sub rolls before and these came out great~.....so impressed with how easy the recipe was...thank you!
Liked and subbed exactly how the internet needs to be. Just beautiful help for others and not about anything else. I hope you make a few bucks for doing it this way ❤
I prepared bread by following this recipe three times already and each time they turned out great like I was hoping for. My parents enjoyed this bread too. total recommendation on this recipe. 👍
@@zzlpx tbh not exactly. it didnt turn out as soft and puffy as subway bread when i did it. more like a mix between subway bread and a baguette. its rly cool sandwich bread still. been a while since i last made it tho. lol
Tried the exact measurements in cups using wheat flour and came out just like subway whole wheat bread.I got 4 12 inch ones but slightly slimmer version than subway. Thanks so much.
That looks insanely delicious! :) I'll definitely give this a try next week. I love sub sandwiches - I fondly remember going to the Hoagie Shop in PA when I did an exchange year in the US and haven't found anything like that at home in Germany. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
For the bread nest/mold if you have any heavy material like canvas or heavy linen if not a thick dish towel. just pleat a lightly floured cloth and pinch up place the dough shapes and cradle them in between against say a wall and heavy can to force them to stay in tight and it will form nicely as it rises. Search for bread proving cloth or Couche
Thankyou for the recipe.. today i just made half of this recipe But mine was a bit bland🤣🙏🏻 but the texture is really soft👍🏻 i love this recipe. thankyou!
Made this and it turned out great. Only problem was the seam after rolling up the dough. It came apart on some when baking. If I can figure that out, I'll be in business!
Thank you very much for this recipe. I made half of the recipe today to try it out and made (4) decent size rolls. It was truly better than the SUBWAY sandwich bread. I will be making more of these for my husband's lunch sandwiches. I like knowing there is no HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP in my bread (which is one of the ingredients in most grocery bakery hoagie rolls) we bought in the past.
I am trying this bread recipe today. Im making italian beef hoagies and i dont have any hoagie buns so im trying this recipe. Ill ket you know how it comes out
Is there a specific reason why you stated that you should use warm milk in this recipe? Using warmer ingredients in breadmaking will quicken the fermentation process since your final dough will be a higher temp. Less fermentation, less flavor. Typically for me I try to aim at a final dough temperature of 24-25C. Never see the need to use warm liquids, maybe if my kitchen is too cold but other than that room temp or cold is what I use.
If you choose to sift flour with a large strainer, hold the strainer close to the rim of the bowl and tap the side of it with your free hand. You won't spill any! 😂

I realize it's kinda randomly asking but does anybody know of a good site to watch newly released tv shows online?

Wrapping you sub IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. It Combines all those delicious flavors together in a perfect harmony..

Hmm that shouldn’t have happened.
I used this recipe and it was so good!! Can this recipe also be used to make a loaf? Is it enough for two loaves or only one loaf?
Sub of the day its amazing
looks so easy to make and delicious too.
Yep. Super delicious. Tastes better than subway’s bread.
soo good! I might try making these in future
Thank you :). Do make it it’s super easy and super delicious to make.
I'm making these now!
Wow looks good
Looks really good! Will have to try some time when I feel brave enough to make bread. 😄
Haha. Just take a stab at it. About a year ago I sucked at baking. Then I realized it’s about maintaining temperature and timing.
@@seanaslam Hah! I've started off with no knead but the temp and timing is the hardest for sure.
This is the 6th recipe I’ve looked over trying to find a good one. Always go to the comments. I’ll be trying this one.
good
The bread looks pretty good! I'll be trying your recipe tomorrow and update ^^
Thanks a lot. Hope your bread turns out awesome :)
Lavany’as Studio, how the bread 🥖 came out?
@@Sunshine-kq4sw Sorry I forgot to update but the BREAD WAS SO GOOD!!! It was soooo soft just like subway!! you should give it a try :)

Hello. Can I use instant yeast instead? I have no active yeast here only instant one. Hope you can answer. Thanks!
Yes you can.
Can this be done with whole wheat bread flour as well?
Looks amazing!
Thanks😀!
Thank you 👌👌
This looks easy enough for me. Did you use active dry or instant yeast? Thanx for your response
Btw, great job 👍👍👍👍
Thanks! I used active dry yeast. Proofed it in water for a 7-8 minutes
@@seanaslam thanx sweetie
Thanks
Nice 👍
Thanks
Hi for the second time rising, so we cover the tray with wet towel or is it dry towel? Also which oven rack to use for the baking?
hye there. love yourrr videoo!
can I substitute the bread flour to just all purpose flour?
Yes you can do that. You can use same measurements.

Don't see that link for the bread mold in the description. Could you please add?
Sure. Here is the link to the bread mold I used.

I liked the shiny crust on these buns
Can we use any other oil instead of olive oil ?
Mrs. Syd yes you can use any oil like vegetable oil or canola oil
👍 for the video
Thanks
Can I use a wheat dough instead of all purpose floor?
Yes you can. It may look and taste different.
How to make it frozen sticks like subway does?
That’s not possible. You can bake it. Then freeze is after.
Do you still need to put water if I will use instant dry yeast?
eTSEtera13 Vlogs you can directly add it without using water.
s e a n a s l a m Thanks! I’ll try it next time.😊

Lol thanks for the tip. Since then I have leaned my lesion and become a better sifter 😅😅
Hey, did you use US cups & tsp/tbsp ?
I tried an indian bread recipe before and their cups/spoons were off..
Yes this uses US spoons and cups.
@@seanaslam alright thank you so much, hope this turns out great.
@@seanaslam update: i tried it and it was amazing. Everything went perfect thx
@@MircGab very glad to hear that.
What about the chesse end herbal bread? Or the multigrain?
I can try making those
Can I use wheat flour??
I haven’t tried with this recipe. But you can use whole wheat. Texture maybe a little different.
I noticed you sifted the flour. Is your measurement for flour before or after sifting?
It doesn’t matter lol
It certainly DOES matter. Always fluff your flour and level with flat side of knife. You’re much better off weighing it tho. 1 cup of flour is 120g.
How can you make that chicken
I did this recipe 2 times and It
Was hard. I added more lukewarm milk and it didn’t make it better. ??
Could you make it in advance and then freeze it?
Crust came out too hard, any possible reason
Should not have been. Mine were soft.
"Rised"?
Yeah I forgot to put butter
Anyone else's dough come out extremely dry? I followed the recipe exactly
Mine has come out very well,,, I am using a kitchen scale to get the measurements just right
**SubWay wants to know your location**
😂 haha
omg...just swallowed my tongue
😀
This is no Subway bread..I assure you..
Wow… this is the most amateur and misleading bread making instruction on youtube. 😱
