Your videos are a real high point in my day, Ryan. I've been disabled for about 12 years now from a spine/cord injury and after several failed surgeries, I'm pretty much bed-ridden. Not saying this for sympathy - I don't want it, lol, I just thought I'd let you know that your videos are a bright spot for many people from many walks of life and in different situations. I'm blessed to be my daughter's only parent. She's my happy place, as I know you can relate. She moved back home a while back to save some $ and get some school done while working full time. It’s because Ryan always over exaggerates and jokes around too much. That’s why he gets no respect from anyone on his crew. It’s sad because out of many people on this planet, Ryan is one that definitely deserves some respect. But when you act like just another employee and when people do something bad, and you even just a little bit laugh about it, or make them believe you don’t care that much, they subconsciously learn that they know they can get away with it…. Ryan’s a nice guy but sometimes he needs to learn to let his nuts hit the floor when duty calls.

I like being renowned, spoken of highly There’s no missing or mistreated tools, there’s no disappearing, if a mistakes made they immediately tell me, and we fix it and talk about what went wrong. We still have fun but I could never handle either of the Daryl’s I would have had an aneurysm by now.

But I take my crew seriously, I trained them to be elite in their craft, if they get sent to a different crew for a day I want that crew to be ecstatic they got one of “Tony’s guys”. I like being renowned, spoken of highly There’s no missing or mistreated tools, there’s no disappearing, if a mistakes made they immediately tell me, and we fix it and talk about what went wrong. We still have fun but I could never handle either of the Daryl’s I would have had an aneurysm by now.
