I have been there in Dec 2019 & Dec 2022...still safe to travel to major cities like YGN, MDL, Pyo O Win, Bagan, Inlay, Taungyi,.Mingun and Kalaw...avoid visiting border areas, remote countryside where the troubles are ... thx for the video.. International flights only to Yangon. Domestic flights available by KBZ to Mandalay, Thandwe(Ngapali beach) from Yangon
