LKY definitely has the smoothest footwork out of the current lot but axelsen is just so complete be it defense or attack or quick reflexes ..... He is winning the final of this india open
He could have won Axelsen if he did not make any unforced error in the first game and not giving up in the third game and be aggressive for every point when battling every opponent include Axelsen
For whatever reason they restrict streams based on country. I (UK) have been able to watch some of the streams earlier - Axelson for example was live earlier.
What do you mean “no good” ? Can you do backhand cross base clear like this 4:15 The “no good” should belong with his forehand place he lift to forehand axelsen side so he could smash it easily
It looks to me like Axelsen tries to conserve energy and plays for 3 games. I think this because he doesn't smash much early on. It looks to me like he uses the first 2 games to get information on his opponent, and then the third game adapts to beat his opponent. I think he basically plays game 1 and 2 for information, and game 3 he adopts the appropriate strategy.
@ huh? No one plays three games when they only have to play two games, especially Viktor won the first game, why would he want to play three games? Viktor didn’t play well in the second game, simple as that.
@@Phat-rj3jo Why not? If you believe the extra information will benefit you and you think that your opponent will tire faster then winning in 3 games in a viable strategy. Boxers do it, they play safe in the early rounds even if they are far superior. Chess players with a skill gap will play low risk strategies against far weaker opponents and patiently whittle their opponents down. I think it's a perfectly viable strategy and it explains why Axelsen doesnt smash often early and he also seems to easily win the third game consistently in his matches.
Axelsen doesn't even ask his opponent if he can change the shuttlecock, he just quickly shows it to the judge and goes to change it. No respect. Of course, he is an Olympic champion, he can. And Loh Kean Yew is just a world champion)))
lol it's true.... he's esp uninterested when he plays against lower ranked opponents and bye at r32. so many times. probably wants to go home to his wife and newborn
Worse rubber set ever from LKY.. he never serious to win the game... And he play to much casual play.. boring rally .. kodai 2.0 but more worse than kodai... 😅😅
@JayRon2MobileLegends yaa.. i just comment based on this this game..and their recent performance...not at lky prime.. basiclly lky very good player..but he seem like a lost track now.. 😬
King of unforced errors now,85% of the first game, he was in the lead.2021 he is the king of speed
Speed alone doesn't make you the best.. Lin Dan wasn't the fastest player around either. He was efficient
Then how he win the seeded players including tall players like Anders antonsen and Viktor Axelsen. By pure luck? Surely not
An Axelsen classic. Gas the opponent out, play his best game in the decider for the win 😂
2:54 2021 Loh Kean Yew can easily catch that shot
He washed after that lucky run.
nah bro.
He wasnt ready for it... Didnt expect it there in the moment ig.
Let’s see what the new coach can do. The way I see it Loh really needs to work on his defence.
LKY definitely has the smoothest footwork out of the current lot but axelsen is just so complete be it defense or attack or quick reflexes ..... He is winning the final of this india open
LKY footwork is awesome👍 so light. Come stronger next time🎉🎉🎉
1:11 .
What was that 🔥🔥
He could have won Axelsen if he did not make any unforced error in the first game and not giving up in the third game and be aggressive for every point when battling every opponent include Axelsen
- no, he could not. If LKY had upped his game, Axelson would just have upped his too.
Sure if he was perfect
Lol, this comment 😂 you're basically saying, "He could have won if he was better, but he wasn't better today"
Axelsen got lucky tbh
@@peterwulff469 But Viktor Axelsen will get tired same as world championship 2021 when Axelsen only get 6 points in the 3rd set
LKY facing an unfortunate opponent, great match to watch
LKY just doesn't have the killer instinct to beat top players nowadays.
Axelsen more smash !!!
Half hearted game by axelsen.
Great so see highlight but no stream possible all day. Very sad
For whatever reason they restrict streams based on country. I (UK) have been able to watch some of the streams earlier - Axelson for example was live earlier.
Use VPN to see live stream on youtube
2 time olympic champion for a reason . great wall of china cant beat him so frequent too
the GOAT is back....🤩🤩❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Lanky yet confident, athletic but somewhat saturated. This what sets them apart. 👏
Interesting.
Loh is very clever. 😂 Good strategy
But congrats to Exelsen, good luck.
keren
After momota retired, axelsen 100% CHAMPION
Giants slayer no more😂😂
needs more strength than that if you face the giant. Impressive performance from the two though. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
LKY should hv close it in 2 games
- against Axelson? Not in a million year.
@@peterwulff469 He was leading for all of the first game and won easily in the second. Use your eyes.
lky is great. just that axelsen is better. also lky looks so gassed out on the 3rd set
Please be constant every single game and don't make unforced errors ok?
Okay mr. Perfect 😂
1:34
: D
Lky Back hand no good,
back hand few point give Axelson smash 💥
What do you mean “no good” ? Can you do backhand cross base clear like this 4:15 The “no good” should belong with his forehand place he lift to forehand axelsen side so he could smash it easily
how come every top player seems to simply fold against axelson under high pressure conditions ? !
LKY fold against many players 😂

They fold because Axelson is the G.O.A.T. Axelson's mere presence is intimidating to them because they know all too well what he can do to them.

axelsen is one of the most respectful players actually
Axelsen is one of the most respectful players, he just doesn't like time wasting.
Also him and loh are good friends
Axelsen the way he celebrated after winning a point is very annoying. Will be nice to see him being defeated.
Yes no respect he even asked for a challenge when umpire called out in LKY's favor.
@@Antumanful is that sarcasm
wow, didnt think this place was india.. courts are so modern and clean.
Skills + humble personality = L.K.Y..
axelsen shows off too much...not acceptable...it doesn't matter whether u r Olympic champion or not..
Wrong title

I'd love to see you do better.😂

the "world champion" title is really won by luck hahahaha
now cant even get to 10🤣

to be honest ,quite cool😆
