When you peel a banana don't TOUCH the inside but you need first to wash your hands then you could eat it. A lot chemicals on the top to keep it yellow and fresh

This is exactly how we eat banana. Makes it taste much better. It's hard to describe. But I'll try to describe it. If you cut the banana with knife, the vitamins and minerals won't be gone. It stays in the banana. No vitamins waste. If you use your raw hand to peel the banana, there is a percentage there will be bacteria coming from your hand or finger. There will be a lot less of vitamins because the banana is in contact with heat coming from your hands. So it will be less ideal. When using knife you can save a lot of time too. It's so easy with knife. No need to use so much strength to peel the banana. There is a lot more. But that's all for now. And actually I am a fool. But those who use knife to cut banana is a greater fool.
