You guys moved a ton of snow cutting down the side with plow putting the snow into a pile and then you bliwing it. Brillant staragy well done both of you 👏👏
My brother lives down a road that frequently gets blown over like that. He ended up finding an ancient grader that he fixed up and he’s been using that the past few years. The neighbours call him all the time to come plow their yards and such. He loves old equipment so he’s in his glory when he opens the road with it. 😊
Damn, if this happens often I would be looking into getting a snow fence put up. Moving a lot of snow with that little Deere tho! I gotta x758 with the 54” and a soft cab. It’s throws it good. I’ll get a vid posted soon. Stay warm out there!
I like your snow blowing videos. Looks like you have had your fair share of seat time this year. This is why I prefer using a blower to a blade. The blade creates high banks at the road side if it can't be pushed back far enough allowing it to drift easier. The blower gets it away from the edge of the road. It's neat to see the night time snow blowing with your lights on. I bet you enjoy your cab in those conditions😀.
Look a little closer the pick up truck is breaking up the drift so the snowblower can munch it up and toss it out of the way, brilliant neighbors team work!!!
I was thinking the same thing. Would have been much more practical for the snow blower to just eat away at the sides. The truck just created more work.
you should actualy blow the snow from where the wind mostly comes from to create a windrow/hump of snow so that the drifts stop there and will have alot less of drifts in the road, we used to do it all the time on the farm with our old 50 hp john deere ..... just my 2 cents
My guess the snow plow is taking the snow bank off the edge the roads so they dont pile up to high the the snowblower shoots that snow up and ovee in the grass beyond
I installed a diesel air heater when the cab was 1st installed, thinking I'd remove the cab every spring, Wich I don't, looking back now, I'd probably install a regular heater. This one works till about -20 with 40 mph winds... thanks for watching th-cam.com/video/4mpv_lhdEiU/w-d-xo.html
I use a small heater mounted on the roof of my cab for my John Deere 322 and it is working rather well, heats up the cab to about 25 Deg C above outside temperature. The radiator on the 322 is small, but restricting air going through it via a plexiglass sheet in front of the screen compensate for the heat lost via the heater. Snow blowing with a heated cab tractor if very addicting, I'm sure you'll agree... Here is the inside of my cab in an interactive 4K 360 deg video: th-cam.com/video/I0RO1Yl-uEI/w-d-xo.html Cheers, 🌨🚜...
I have a x738 with a 60” blade. I tried my neighbors same model with the blower. I prefer a blade so much more vs a blower. Much much faster with no blow back. Now we don’t don’t get the same drifts that this guys does otherwise I’d have both. The blower is better for cutting a path around and near the house and cutting edges but for shear volume a plow works the best for 90+ percent of our Minnesota snow.
Is this a private road or public? Youre certainly getting your moneys worth out of that little blower. I guess i dont understand what it is youre plowing here with the tractor and pickup. Its a ton of work anyway
For that small blower you are going too fast. You need to let it catch up with the overpower the back and side of the blower. The rpms change when the blower boggs down. It can't handle the deep snow like his big brothers.
We are working together, there was no place to push the snow....the plow was pushing the snow to me and I was blowing it out in the ditch..... thanks for watching

54 degrees f, here today and tomorrow...the JD is getting a much needed break this winter
Thanks for watching!
Love it 👌

Roughly around 40hrs of snow blowing this winter, it's nice being out of the wind a flying snow
Thanks for watching!

That pickup truck with the plow is NOT helping really. He's just pushing snow around only

😂😂😂😂
Pickup is a waste of time.
i was watching your vidoes saying why am I watching a guy blow snow then I thought hey I just got back from the gym I've earned this.
👍 thanks for watching!
That looks cold!
You must be in a very remote region where you have to team up with neighbours to maintain the road opened. Nice team work to clear the road...
Cheers
Small development 8 miles away from the largest city in North Dakota.... thanks for watching!

Do you team up with the plow a lot its this your job or do you do this just to help out?
It's the private road coming into the development, all the neighbors help out to keep the road open.... thanks for watching
The township has already had to hire two cats to push out the snow along the roads. Plow can't get through some places anymore.
Couple of neighbors have been keeping our township road open
@@pboxr-il9zj am sure that's been a challenge with all the drifting.
How many miles do you think you've bliwn since getting that blower give a guess.
Hard to say....fifty maybe, I've had it since 17
new 2023?
That looks like a long Winter
Looks like you two have teamed up before got this down to a science
the best money i ever spent was on a 54" deere blower for my x724. never going back to a blade.
Been a good rig for me except the mid drive shaft

@@pboxr-il9zj ur welcome :)
@@Captndarty i get snows like this guy so a blade is slower for me. i live in Minnesota as well.
The rest of the crew napping leave that all to yourself this is an outrage lol😅😅😅😅😅
What's the goal here?
Does the heater work well in the cab of that John Deere? Looks extra cold outside.
sorry for the late response, i use a diesel air heater that works not to bad, but at -20 with wind it doesn't keep up, thanks for watching
Cool vid
Thanks for watching!

Private road in a small development, we are making the road wider so when the wind blows it doesn't plug the road so fast. Thanks for watching
Did you know the guy in the plow?
Why do people blow it right back on the road they just cleaned

All blows back in overnight...
was this a friend who saw you and came out to help?
The neighbor from across the road from me
Have you guys done this before seem you have this down like perfect football play run smooth
@@michaelvantuinen503 1st time. Both of us have snow removal experience.
The guy needs to get the hell out of the plow truck way 🤦♂️

U need a bigger deer to do that job with a cab to
Bigger deer..... bigger $$...😅, Thanks for watching!
The knucklehead in the truck just makes it worse.
Don't comment on things you don't understand
@@pboxr-il9zj I know what is in the video.
Pickup is not helping.
