I feel like there's a really trivial strategy to this. Up yourself to build limit, turn the ground into cobwebs, then just spawn resource blocks until you have netherite, you can also make a bow, then get lots of exp from spawning lapis and enchant everything by spawning a table and bookshelves, then go straight to the end by spawning a portal block. After that, surround the spawn platform in the end with 3 thick layer of bedrock. Boom, you win and there was nothing anybody could do about it.
