In this video @Baablu and @Fantst tried to hunt me down before I could Speedrun Minecraft and beat the Ender Dragon, but what they didn't know was that I could control my hunters. I was able to take control of both of them and play as their character! This was INSANE.

This twist is so fun! The hunters confusion about it in the beginning was very funny to see. I really liked the way the hunters had to work together especially well to communicate what was happening as it was random to them and could negatively impact each other. Bubbo had some really great clutches and strategies both using the twist and just on his own how he usually does. Overall a really great video. I would personally love to see a rematch but I don't know what decides if a twist is good enough for that so 🤷.

Idk I didn’t really like how op it was regardless, there very little risk in the video since the only limit to his invincibility is how fast he can type control hunter, as seen in the end fight he was on half a heart and being chased, before quickly typing to control a hunter. I think it would be a lot more fair and suspenseful if his body didn’t disappear as he controlled the hunter and could still get hurt

Technically not, but its similar to snow layers in that the texture is visible, for snow it doesn't increase your y value if you stand on it, whereas soulsand decreases it slightly
I had this idea once where you can use a fletching table in a similar fashion as a smithing table, except instead of diamond tools/armor, you would use up to a stack of arrows, and instead of a netherite ingot, you would use a potion. If it were possible to have arrows with multiple effects, that would be an interesting twist to use.

You should try using the Replay mod for your videos. It allows you to record videos in Minecraft and replay them from any angle. You can manipulate the camera, and it’s like watching the whole video in spectator mode.
I think Boosfer uses it.
Personally I'm fine with this. This is the game, this is what the game would look like if I booted up minecraft and played it. This works for me. It's very entertaining without a mod that gives it a cinematic feel
@@boring_content Absolutely, I totally see what you mean. I already like the way he makes videos, I just think the replay mod could make it even better.
There's lots of different ways he could use it, too. Like for example, he could use it specifically for moments that are confusing from one perspective, and have it viewed from a different angle with a bit of slow motion. It could be used minimally or it could be overused, with every battle being viewed from spectator mode.
Either way, I think it'd definitely be worth it for him to experiment with it, and get feedback from comments.

Whoever made this mod/plugin really should have made some way for the hunters to damage him while he was controlling one of them. The fact that he just ceases to exist whenever he's controlling someone is way too strong.
Minecraft manhunt, but Boosfer is GOD.
In this video, my friends Baablu, Fanst, and Yellowool hunt me down while I speed-run the games. What they didn’t know is that Boosfer was secretly on the server and had command of every command in the game (besides /kill). That means Boosfer could give me or my hunters a super stacked netherite armor, or summon a warden.
Honestly mad props to the hunters for still giving their best despite how OP the twist was. They both knew bubbo could pretty much kill them at any moment but kept on going.

This was an awesome twist, and it performed really well! I'm surprised you're able to clutch as another player.
Essentially it was him TPing which means it's him playing there, with the other guy being in Spectator mode and inside his own body. That's why it worked so well.
I love how at 16:37 in the video he doesn't have any jungle planks or anything that represents jungle in his inventory but at 16:39 he has a stack of jungle planks in his inventory and then at 17:34 he is basically out of blocks then a second rolls by and he has basically another stack of blocks totally not weird totally not using creative to get items off camera 😉
After watching, I have to say this was truly superb! So many moments my heart was racing, such a great use of the twist throughout the video and amazing gameplay by everyone.
Fantst has gotten insanely good at using blocks to block your movement, Bubbo and Baablu's strategizing is really becoming dangerous to speedrun against, all the while your skills continue to improve across the board as well.
2023 is going to be your year if the rest of your videos are even a fraction as high quality as this one.

This twist combined with imposter could be super cool
Boat is less effective than 5 individual planks, If my smelting knowledge is still up to date, if a boat smelts 5 items for 5 pieces of wood that made it, but actual planks is 1.5 items per block burned, 5 planks should smelt about 7.5 items. And therefore is better than making boats to burn, as you waste about 2 potential smelts by using a boat.

That boat thing is stupid. Just put the five wood in furnace. Each wood can smelt 1.5 items. 5*1.5=7.5>6. And you are more likely to know that by putting random stuff in furnaces. Cool twist tho. Pretty op, but not used in that way, good content.

planks smelt 1.5 each, so the 5 for a boat is worth 7.5 smelting instead of the 6 when you smelt with a boat. using planks is more efficient

Thoughts of if its scripted below
Light confusion on my end. obv it was an unfair twist and could be abused easily but he had 12 ender pearls in his inventory, after a jump cut into the fight he only had 8 ender eyes meaning he had used 4 previously and either lost them or they broke. However, when the fight started, he went across roughly 4-5 different biomes entirely and hadn't lost a single ender eye, he also dug down directly over the end fortress after still not losing a single ender eye, nor was there any showing of an eye being thrown to indicate that spot..?
Granted I wouldn't be surprised if these were scripted to some extent but it def looks like some of these coincidences are happening pretty often, I mean he also made it into a fortress from a single portal right next to a blaze spawner as well... i mean its possible don't get me wrong but with both of these things happening cant say its not at least slightly fishy lol
I feel like they pick out the seeds and stuff beforehand(I've watched probably a good 7 of his vids and at least 3 of them had him spawn in or very near a structure he needed) which would mean he would know where the stronghold is. The cuts could be left to the benefit of the doubt because it could just have been a long travelling section with no interesting bits. I've made a couple of Minecraft videos before and those are usually the first to go in the editing. But I feel like the fights are not scripted cuz they're speaking really fast and it doesn't seem much like they're trying to remember what happens next. Of course, that could also be practice and a bunch of takes.
