i don't understand. basically when i purchase this i also need to download DAZ models with texture those genesis 9 have? and then i will import the daz genesis 9 and my 3d model and adjust it to the head proportion of my model? then import it in blender? can't i do this all in blender alone?
a arte é importante para nossa vida
Is it possible to add the details as a secondary system under already made colour maps?
amazing!!!! please integrated with genesis 8/8.1
can this be used using metahuman from unreal?
A newbie question: can I use this addon to generate a reallistic looking skind and then export albedo, normal etc maps into Unreal Engine? I just thought that if it is a skin shader, then it's probably not gonna work (gonna look worse) outside Blender.
You can probably bake those maps.
@@NicCrimson Thank you for your reply! I haven't used Blender, could you tell me how to google for this? Something like "Blender bake maps into textures" should be ok?
@@vsevolodmetelsky1275 Yes, search "Blender Baking" but it's quite tedious I recommend using an addon, like SimpleBake or Auto Bake.
Hello! I'm working with Character creator characters. Is there a way to combine your addon with it
i also have this request
Yes, of course! You can use this tutorial video: th-cam.com/video/2z1OtL4JS_o/w-d-xo.htmlsi=OlU8-iZ1GPKV5vyv to make it work with any mesh outside of Daz3D.
@@BlenderHumanify You should put a disclaimer in the beginning...This does not work properly with anything but daz9 characters...and its not 1 click, there's alot of tinkering unless you have the exact model
@@BlenderHumanify thank you!!!
bro what i do if my daz character has a face texture and a head texture? I imported it from Bridge? so when I add Humanify's head texture it doesn't do the face?
For Genesis 9 meshes, the entire head comes in a single material, make sure that if you use Daz3D, it's Genesis 9.
@@BlenderHumanify got you ‘
so this is a best tool replace VFACE right?how many texture in this addon?
Not necessarily, but it does provide the final functionality of VFace in Blender with one click. Humanify currently has 5 shaders.
I don't understand for to be honest, so when I purchase an addon, do I have an possibility to have character with hair and all skin details in the scene immediately or not ? (I mean that I click one button and I have Geometry and Skin chaders and Hair on it) or do I purshase oly skin shaders ?
This is a Skin Shader. it does not include Human models. Please check out our Blender Market listing for the specific information.
bro please please please make a video on how to use this in conjunction with character creator 4
Humanify is built on the Genesis9 UVs from Daz3D, but by following our tutorials you can make it work with any mesh.
For Daz 3D -> th-cam.com/video/56owjVYvtTc/w-d-xo.html
For Any Mesh -> th-cam.com/video/2z1OtL4JS_o/w-d-xo.html
dint work for me blender 4.1....i think it requires daz.
you know, you could provide the wrap base meshes along with the addon so people can really use it, without the proper mesh with the proper UV data, the addon its useless.
where can we find a genesis 9 head model, that we can wrap
Here are the Genesis 9 models for free, www.daz3d.com/genesis-9-starter-essentials#:~:text=Details,materials%2C%20morphs%20and%20more.
@@BlenderHumanify i download the files but there is no obj files where i can find them?
any reason why this only works on genesis 9 models?
If you follow this guide and transform Genesis 8 -> Genesis 9 (th-cam.com/video/jROlY34tNNU/w-d-xo.html), you can use your characters with Humanify. We built it to work with Genesis 9 and we're not a mega team so took to market without Genesis 8.
@@BlenderHumanify I can't wait to buy and try this, but the Genesis 9 pool is sorely limited when it comes to male characters especially. It would be absolutely amazing if there was a way to integrate Gen8 down the road. I totally understand if it's not possible, though!
@@sparklefluff7742 Working on it! For now, there are great tutorials for transferring from 8->9.
For Daz 3D -> th-cam.com/video/56owjVYvtTc/w-d-xo.html
For Any Mesh -> th-cam.com/video/2z10tL4JS_o/w-d-xo.html
@@BlenderHumanifybro PLEASE make a Genesis 8 compatible version.
When it comes to 3D Genesis 8 is still the standard. The vast majority of custom models I use are built on the G8 base mesh.
The second you add shader support for native g8 (no zwrap stuff) I will throw money at you and buy the plugin.
@@wolvAUS Hey! Is there any reason you can't go through the transfer process above? Curious if there's a guide we can make that will make this easier for you?
This addon only works for the Labled Characters in the N-Panel...You need to make it compatible with all DAZ 3D Characters, Not just these few Characters...What a waste of money!
Hey, sorry that you think our price-point is too high for the product we've made. We think it's very reasonable given the hundreds of hours that were spent defining the shaders.
Humanify is built on Genesis9 UVs, and given that each Daz3D model has a different UV it's extremely difficult for a small team to build a product that could get close to being universally applicable.
Could you share more light on what you mean by labelled characters in the N-Panel? It's not clear to us the relationship this has with the Daz3D character base.
Can use g 8/8.1
would it kill ya to add a voice over?????
this is supposed to be a tutorial for God sake, and its not even a simple tutorial!!!
i get grey white skin when i apply it
Hey! Have you made adjustments to the skin using the toggles?
What about the body? Btw great addon! I just purchased today and its amazing keep going guys! 💪🫶
