    I wish they had something little extra like a fall down sleep position just in case kids got tired

    Lol my kid too. He wants to be big so badly. I’m so glad our kids has similar personalities cause that tells me how the Doona will work in our life. We are nature lovers too so thanks for your amazing vid. My 13 month old loves walking as well. I will love it more than he does, right now. But like you said, once he starts peddling he’ll learn to love it as well.

    Best video of the Liki sofar, congrats Bongers family. As a father I would like to be able to order replacement wheels for the trike, I am still lobbying the manufacturers on that. All they say is contact us when there is a problem...which might lead to downtime on using the trike. Otherwise, happy father.

      Thanks for your comment! I could see the need for access to replaceable parts easily. Hopefully they work on that.

    Thanks for the review. We just subscribed (sorry!), but due to your Doona review, we bought a Doona awhile back for our little tornado. He actually likes the Doona and gets excited when we pull it out to go out and about. Now, we are considering the Liki Trike as well as our little one is 1 yr and 3 months. He's a big boy and out grew the Doona fast (sad face). Anyways, thanks for the great review!

    It’s nice if your LO isn’t overly tall. Our LO is 99% percentile for height and the canopy has no point. It touches his head. And he won’t keep his feet on the pedals, so he drags his feet on the ground.
    It’s a bummer because it’s super awesome and sleek looking. Foldable and easy enough to lug around. I just wished they would make taller options for tall babies. Going out in Florida without a sunshade is just too much.

    First great review!! Second have you taken it on a plane yet? I am thinking of getting it for my 21 month old for traveling this summer.

      Thank you. No we haven’t, mainly do to all the travel restrictions with covid and such.

    Awesome video. Did the baby ever fall asleep in it? Would you see using this as a daily stroller once the baby grow out of the Donna car seat?

    • @thebongers
      @thebongers  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes he has actually fallen asleep a couple times. The back is actually reclinable. So you can lean the child back some to sleep. We have other hand me down strollers however this has been the primary one since we got it.

      @@thebongers I’m concerned about the pedals. Do these pedals become a foot rest? As in one for the left foot and one for the right foot since there is a wheel between the legs/feet? Is this foot rest (not bar) comfortable? Is that why there are straps so that in case baby falls asleep their feet are safely even and not moving up and down on the wheels bc of the limp weight ? Does that question make sense? Thank you in advance!

    • @thebongers
      @thebongers  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@notyourmamabro yes there are feet rests with straps that hold the child’s feet. In stroller mode they aren’t connected to the wheel so they don’t move. When they are older and you turn it into a trike you can connect to wheel so they can pedal. It’s the same foot piece so you have to move them it doesn’t have both at same time

    Doesn't look great for a 1 year old...

    A regret buying for us. Our 14 months hates it. Hard to turn. Could not put the handle pin in. We had to hammered it in. So we don’t want to take it out and hammer it back in so we leave it in. Defeat the purpose of folding it. Way overpriced!

    • @lindylopez3606
      @lindylopez3606 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sounds like user error.
      It’s probably hard to turn because of the hammered in pin. Even if there was a manufacturing problem or defect with the handle pin, you could have contacted the manufacturer right away to get a refund or replacement.
