I watched Little Krishna animated series and imagined Kansa's huge palace then. I knew that it was built on the bank of river Yamuna but astonished to watch it virtually live!! We shouldn't blame Britishers only we lost our ancient knowledge even before them. India was invaded several times. Nalanda and Takshashila burnt also several temples (not just gold but texts were kept) were destroyed defaced. Petty greedy provinces facilitated them. And even though mughals did better than there predecessors they were not really pro actual people of the land. Britishers came and stopped one sort of oppression just to start another type of tyranny. When everything is going well citizen become lazy this laziness, jealousy and greed caused us much more harm oppression loss of knowledge and history so much so that they call it myth now. We are again becoming lazy. Need to wakeup before they tag us as myth.

We shouldn't blame Britishers only we lost our ancient knowledge even before them. India was invaded several times. Nalanda and Takshashila burnt also several temples (not just gold but texts were kept) were destroyed defaced. Petty greedy provinces facilitated them. And even though mughals did better than there predecessors they were not really pro actual people of the land. Britishers came and stopped one sort of oppression just to start another type of tyranny. When everything is going well citizen become lazy this laziness, jealousy and greed caused us much more harm oppression loss of knowledge and history so much so that they call it myth now. We are again becoming lazy. Need to wakeup before they tag us as myth.

It is just a matter of time we have to give ourselves. We need our past to help us guide our future. Forts like these will eventually go, consumed by nature, but we need to protect and cherish it as long we can. We cannot expect everything to be solved by our government as it cannot scale enough and hence, the citizenry has to step up. Viewing from outside, I see India rebuilding itself to its old glory slowly and steadily. It is because of its proud citizens and a supporting cast from many countries. Cherish all North, South, East, West cultures and help each other to flourish. I look forward to my travels to northern parts of India sometime in the future.
