I love this game. Love leveling up certain players to diamond then going online and kicking ass. Hit a buzzer beater three against an online opponent yesterday and beat him by 1. He had to be so pissed but I was so hyped lol. Great game and now I’m grinding the leaderboards!
The issue I have with the commentary is that there just isn’t enough of it recorded. Ian Eagle is a great get for a game like this, but feels vastly underutilized- and the “guest” commentators really don’t add anything. The game does feel too easy when playing solo, which means that it almost *has* to be played against a friend (or online) to get more mileage out of it. It compares poorly to EA’s NBA JAM reboot, which is still playable and purchasable for Xbox One owners or last-gen console owners. $30 (or $40 if you want to eliminated the pack-opening microtransactions) is the wrong price for this. Wait for a sale, because one will definitely come down the road.

Actually many others have said its best to get bronze packs. You'll eventually get everyone.
