Mai pichle 5 saal se po*n and m*sterb*tion addict tha or puri trah khud ko useless feel krta tha but ab mai subah uthkar 2 hours walk + running krta hu , or proper diet pe dhyaan deta hu , kachra dekhna or kachra khana maine bilkul band kr diya hai .
Mai bahot lucky hu sir jo aap jaise guru ko follow krne ka moka mila hai .

पसीना .25 लीटर रोजाना निकल जाता है अभ मुझे सीडी चढ़ते चढ़ते 10 day Ho Gaye hai 💪

Mein morning mein bina kisi problem ke 5:30am par uth jata hu phir 45min meditation & exercise krta hu. Phir 6:30 am se padta hu around 8:30am phir uske baad bht zyada neend aati hai agar galti se neend lag gyi toh phir sidha 11:00am tak neend khulti h 😢😢😢
जीवन में कभी भी सुबह उठना हो तो हमेशा उठने का उद्देश्य रहना चाहिये। बिना उद्देश्य के उठोगे तो 2 - 4 उठ जाओगे। 4 दिन बाद फिर से देर तक सोओगे। इसलिए सुबह उठने से पहले उठने का लक्ष्य तलाश करो और उठ कर उस लक्ष्य पर काम करो। 👌👍👍
