Though Sashi won the Masterchef Australia.... The best part was also his co-contestant feeling happy for Sashi rather than filled with jealousy.... You deserve hats off too....
Went to his restaurant, Pandan Club a couple of times in T Nagar, Chennai and it’s now a family favourite. They serve many of his signature dishes like the watermelon prawn salad which honestly sounds strange but works together so so well!
He keeps on bringing he’s secret weapon in a jar. Those sauces/ curry in that jar is one of the smartest way to elevate and present and Indian dish. Good on him
It's great to see Sashi highlighting on South Indian cuisine. People always associate Indian cuisine to butter chicken, biryani etc,...but in fact food from places like Madurai, Coorg, Chettinad, Malabar, Kochi set some of the highest benchmark in Indian cuisine.
We(me n my mum) watched this entire season on T.V at TLC ig, n i was so damn happy for him when he won,he really deserved it, he literally brought a new flavour to the show.
Hes so humble and almost like he isnt aware of his own culinary skills😅. Also his accent is so Appu coded. Its typical accent what foreigners think Indians speak like😂😂
the judges eating those dishes by hand. those are REAL judges. the fake wannabes eating with fork and spoon and saying eating with hand is nasty, watch and learn.
Your comment is unnecessary and stupid. They are not south Asians and are not used to eating with hands. It’s up to them how they want to eat. There is nothing “wannabe” about it.
Can't wrap my head around the vision of him being a prison guard...just does not seem like the kind of job he would've had. Cooking is so much more him.
Sashi is true Indian spirit of excellence and perseverance mixed with the discipline and rigour of Singapore culture. The whole of India can be like him if we did not have the sick remnants of inferiority complex and hypocrisy left behind after 200 years of British colonialism.
Though Sashi won the Masterchef Australia.... The best part was also his co-contestant feeling happy for Sashi rather than filled with jealousy.... You deserve hats off too....
They are jealous..it needed a little bit in competitions like this.. But their admiration for his personality is overtaken .......thats all❤❤❤
When he smiles he looks like Siddharth Shukla
That's really true
Hi

The judge couldn't stop themself from munching his dishes... 😅

The fact that every dish he makes judges happy is 50% the sauce and curry and broths with it. So coooollll......

The love of a family can bring out the best in you. And this man is letting his family be his inspiration.
All the dishes he cook are our normal daily dishes 😂
Yet those normal dishes regular people cook wouldn't impress the judges but he did.
