sweet ride. 2023 loving every minute of it. Can't wait to get on it whenever I can. Long distance or short. I added foot pedals for cruising.
I have a 2020 that I bought new. Just put new tires on after 10K miles. These 1200 SM’s are a joy to ride. I try to explain that it’s a bike you feel comfortable NOT riding hard and fast, but you can. Welcome to the club.
Hi, thanks, I've had it almost a year now and I agree totally, cruising around on the sm1200 is a real pleasure, I've also had a couple moments that needed that 'extra' at a moments notice...and it delivered. I had one of these for a while. They look and sound amazing. I had to sell it because it gave me crippling back pain after less than an hour. I now have a T120, but I do miss just looking at the Speedmaster!
I'm on the smaller side, maybe that's why it's so comfortable to me, also, I raised the handle bars a couple clicks. Either way, I'm glad to hear you found another style that suits you more and the T120 is also a nice bike. Thanks for watching and for the comment. Love the speebdmaster I’m 5ft7 and found the T120 more suitable and I can get my feet on the ground thanks for sharing buddy 👌😊☺️
Hi, thanks for watching. I agree, the T120 is better for your height, I've had other taller bikes, like the Kawasaki Z900 RS, the R.E. Interceptor 650 and a Classic 350, they all had me on tip toe, but I wanted a cruiser style more suitable to a 5' 5" short arse like myself and the speed master is now my new baby. Nothing like that first ride! Welcome to the club... I have the black and white 2022 model and bought it slightly used. Love it! I found you have to be careful with the Key fob as it likes to get sucked into the countershaft sprocket . You have a short one so you may be ok. I have the Motone cat bypass but the stock exhaust note sounds so good I am holding off a bit. Enjoy!
