This morning I realized that anxiety was a warning to pay attention, and I shouldn't try to stop it. So I let myself feel anxious and paid attention to what was happening and I found myself smiling and relaxing. When I saw the title of this video I had to watch it, thank you.

I always loathed jealousy the most, but when my girlfriend who is probably borderline left with another guy, but kept reaching out I got to feel every emotion in the book.
Anxiety hit really hard when I travelled to confront her. The overwhelming sadness + fear of rejection + lovesickness + remorse and regret + seeing hot women makeuped with "war paint" made me feel anxiety on every level. I'm still not completely through it 1,5years later, but this morning I actually went deeper and acknowledged the sadness and fear of vulnerability I've felt for even longer, which was at part what led to the breakup.
Acknowedging our vulnerabilities is key for relationships to work, and key in showing ourselves to the world instead of hiding. Acknowledging vulnerability is closely linked to courage.

If you are trained in mbti. You can develop an emotional/emoji flow chart using Se/Si, which correlate outside/inside emos, at an alarming rate, when you get proficient.

It should be noted, emotional blindness can be a blessing and a curse. Perhaps, not seeing emos, aids in other areas of development.

Without, the proper emo tools, to deal with emo pain points, it can be intelectuallised, until a better set of emo tools, can be properly developed.

Can you explain this for someone who would need tools?
