We love our markets and food trucks. With south east Asia on our doorstep, the choices of food are overwhelming. So glad Blue took advantage of the food truck offerings. Cheers from the east coast. 🎉
Markets are wonderful, aren't they? I like just to wander through them, seeing what's on offer. That said, I buy nearly all my food from supermarkets. The latter win on choice, range and price. Plus, I am not materialistic and want to avoid clutter at home, so prefer to simply look, than purchase! I attend fairs and festivals regularly, and there are usually craftspeople selling their wares from various kiosks - honey, wine, carved wood products, wicker baskets, knitware, ceramics and so on. The variety is amazing.
I love a good market and seeing all the lovely crafts people have made. Of course I can no longer buy anything as I am supposed to be decluttering! I also love good food markets where you can try new things. I remember as a kid we used to buy a lot of metas and fruits and vegetables from markets but now you have all these huge supermarkets the traditional markets seem to have been lost which is a shame. Supermarkets may offer more choice but in my opinion the quality is not always great. Nothing seems to keep for as long as it used to or is over processed.
Best place to eat in Darwin!

You have the best markets! If I lived in Darwin I would never have to cook at the weekends and would be in heaven at Parap and Mindil markets! x
What a great way to spend a morning.
Oh it is a great place for shopping local crafts and getting some great food! X
Looks like a great market! I would enjoy that.
It is a great place and we ate far too much! x
