Probably, it would fit into Revan's sense of humor. Between the numerous dialogue options in Kotor and programing HK-47 to call all organics meat-bags, it wouldn't surprise me.

I guess Atton hates droids for the same reason he hates himself, they break/broke, in the head.
T3 made so many nostalgic sounds from the Original Trilogy that I almost cried...
Not only that but there were a few original noises T3 made to make him more of a T-Series droid.
