Thanks for the great video. Your video and explanations regarding the gas lines and where they go was just what I needed. My blower was not working and I quickly discovered that the fuel line to the filter had deteriorated and broken. With your clear help, I was able to change all the fuel lines and route them properly. My blower now works like new.
Glad it helped!
Good timing on your video. Mine quit starting this past summer, and I need to get it fixed before the leaves come down fast and heavy.
Good luck!
Best carb video on TH-cam . Very detailed. Thanks
Fixed mine following your video to a tee! Thank you for the video! Runs better than when I got it!
Glad it helped!
Legend video! Thank you! Clear instructions! The length of the fuel lines was my only hassle. They were too long and got in the way of the clutch lever etc. Other than that, it runs like new! Thanks again!
Thanks for this. Mine runs better on the Amazon carb than it ever did on the original.
I know right!
good to know ... thanks
Hey S. E. Guy,
Just wanted to say thank you for the video. It really helped walk me through replacing the fuel hose on my 125BV. Funny thing though, I bought my hose kit at Home Depot where they only carry the "Arnold Low Permeation Fuel Line".(black in color) The fuel hose isn't nowhere as flimsy as the type you installed. I'm guessing this type might have been on the shelf a long time and might harden even quicker. Just saying being we all know what fuel does to plastic.
Thanks again DUDE!
Thanks for the video, started on the first pull!
Glad I could help!
Thanks for this great video! My Husqvarna 125bv now runs like new! your explanation on how to install the fuel lines is excellent.
Glad it helped
Very, very helpful! Thanks for sharing!
Glad it was helpful!
Excellent video, informative & right to the point! Keep up the great work! Should give me the info to rebuild mine just purchased at an auction!
you got this!
Nice, thank you. Just ordered my parts on amazoned, gonna be doing this soon.
Nice!
Just Fantastic!
Many thanks!
Perfect, thanks
You're welcome!
Appreciated bro thanks. 👍
No problem 👍
Nice! What's it mean if I put in the new carburetor and fuel line, but still only works at half choke?
there are 2 adjustment screws close together. the one closest to the air filter needs to be turned counterclockwise. i go 1/4 a turn at a time. amzn.to/3JOjFwR
THANKS
No problem
Replaced everything and blower still won’t start after using it for a a couple hours last week. pls help
thanks share this video
Thanks to you
Replaced fuel lines, primer bulb, carb and still can’t get to 100% power any other suggestions? (80%)
adjust the carb. so there are 2 adjustment screws together you want the one closest to the air filter. at full throttle turn it either direction a little at a time. if it gets worse go the other way till you get that sweet spot. amzn.to/3zWTbpW
what size fuel line does this blower use?
3/32 i think
Question… what is likely the problem if you press the primer bulb and it stays collapsed for a prolonged period of time?
Carb is clogged. Time for new one.
@@smallengineguys Thank you sir! Just ordered a replacement kit.
Ok so here’s one for you. Unit less than 90 days old. I have spark as verified with spark tester, New spark plug, gap checked to .6mm, I have plenty of compression as verified with a compression gauge (approx 90psi), New spark plug, new gas 50:1. Brand new carburetor, Jets adjusted, all gas lines new, no kinks, primer bulb works good. Full choke, 3+ pulls… nothing. I can not get this thing to even turn over. What possible problem could there be?
I did something wrong ? Now when I move the throttle to the 2nd and 3rd position . It run High a/f . Like it's going to blow up . What did I do wrong ?
it wont blow but im thinking maybe the spot the throttle hooks up on the carb isnt right
@@smallengineguys good looking out ? I got done messing with this at 3am . My COPD keeps me up , then messing with this fuel . It's worse than smoking weed . I'm already going at it again . This time I have a mask . Don't know what I was thinking about . However I'm taking it
into consideration . I hope it's the throttle . I'm becoming a pro putting this bad boy together . There's a plus just in that . Thank you brother , your videos have become a lifesaver .👍
Thank you…I actually found a “kit” that had the fuel lines already run from the pump button, so that’s available for people who don’t want to cut/reuse lines.
I like the Husqvarna 125b leaf blower and the complete carburetor and gas line kit is about the easiest stuff seen on any leaf blower and with all of the ethanol now in gas everywhere that's what creates so much of the white chalky looking buildup inside the carburetors and gas lines and I normally take the carburetors off and put them in a ultrasonic cleaner with a acetone and penetrating solvent mixture and that does really well on cleaning the aluminum carburetors. in case you can't buy a new one right away
diesel fuel in an ultrasonic. try it its amazing.
I run Trufuel in all of my two stroke L&G equipment. I don't use them often enough to keep the gas fresh. It's expensive but worth it for seldom used equipment.
Should I spend $35 for an OEM carb or $15 for a complete kit which includes a carb, lines, filter, etc. looks like you used the cheap kit. Thx
i have always done these cheap kits with no issues. for those who dont know i owned a shop i did 10 new carbs a day on these 2 stroke
What is it when the primer bulb wont suck gas?, and you know none of the lines are pinched?
Carb. Time to replace sorry.
It could just be a small hole, or tear, in the primer bulb. I had that happen on my string trimmer. Cheap replacement.
I never can figure out why people want to use a hand screwdriver instead of using a cordless drill. Whole lot faster in less strain on your wrist.
Realy. Of all the red flags i have in my life. The use of a screwdriver is the one .lol
@@smallengineguys Time is money. The faster you get it done, more money in your pocket. Just saying.
Bought one of these along with a Husg Hedge cutter absolute load of crap 💩 both of them keep breaking down on a weekly if not daily basis and leave me fuming .... running Sthil tools alongside them there’s no comparison.. genuinely I will never use this brand again
i dont build them only fix them. husqvarna is homeowner stihl is commercial so not real a comparison.
@@smallengineguys yep ok I accept that but I was kind of suckered into buying them for my business and it really didn’t work out at all
@@smallengineguys maybe down to the fact I’m in Wales 🏴 where the weather is consistently shit 💩 🤣
So confusing !hoses everywhere!
yup
