Just listed a rental condo in denver. with 'luck', it should net me about $170,000 USD. I'd like to be there as soon as possible, but with COVID, it may be awhile...however...being an ex-realtor, living with a veteran realtor, its possible we'd buy from afar..not promising anything...but an awesome deal, cause someone was not able to visit anymore and wants to sell quickly...could cause quick action.
Hi Robert, thanks for watching! Best of luck, that is a great return! Let's connect over email or WhatsApp- my contact info is in the description. More than happy to position myself to help however I can:)
Hi Kyler, thanks for watching! My company specializes in the Pacific beach and mountain areas which are a bit more developed and an hour out from Panama City. You might search for Pedasi/Venao and Santa Catalina areas as there are fishing villages there and less developed. Good luck!
Thank you for watching! I always do my best to try to help my clients find what they are looking for within their budget. Feel free to email me at beth@trypanama.com and let me know your search criteria and we can go from there:)
Picasso is located in Coronado and we call it the "heart of the community"... there are community happy hours, trivia, markets, live music. There are also a handful of other bar/restaurants with great atmospheres in the area (Gold Coast Brewery, Boga Bar to name a couple). The community here is very friendly and many people have BBQ's and get togethers at their homes. There are groups that play pickle ball, poker, and golf. It is usually quite easy for people to meet friends and socialize and there's always something going on:)
Hello Nanda! Rentals under 600 are not as common but if you are flexible in your search criteria and choose more "local" locations, yes you can find rentals in that price range.
Most properties in Panama are for many years on the market. Because most properties, especially skyscrapers are mostly empty. Never sold. You can search houses and wonder why they are selling as new houses when they were build 10 years ago. 😂
Thanks for your comment! It’s important to note that Panama’s real estate market varies greatly depending on the location. The market in Panama City is indeed saturated but growing fast as people relocate from all over the world. In contrast, areas like the beaches are not overdeveloped, and the average days on market is around 6 months. While it’s currently a buyer’s market, things are gradually shifting. Properties that have been on the market for years are typically overpriced, but anything priced right in desirable areas tends to move within 6-12 months.
Hello Othniel! There are a handful of churches in the area. Panama is predominately Roman Catholic so the majority of the churches are that denomination. However, there is a non-denominational church in Coronado called Coronado Bible Church. Hope this helps and feel free to contact me with any more questions or should you choose to come and visit:)
Panama is mainly Catholic, everyone is welcome. If you're not baptized it is fine, although you can't received communion. But always rejoice yourself in the Christ resurrected!
Thank you, this is great. Much appreciated.

@@osprey1252 Is that condo still available? Has the price dropped with Covid19?
