First of all, wacko, a stranger is not a sibling or a family member at all. Secondly words that are for males can not be applies to females, like her, if she has siblings then she would be their sister and nothing else. A female is what she is so that means ''sis, sister'' can be used towards her, only if you are her sibling or at least a very Very close friend even if it does not make you her relative, do not use the word ''his'' either bcz the only valid one is her.
