    Woww que increíble lugar, muy hermoso como cuento de hadas! Si aun sigues allá, te recomiendo a que vayas al geoparque de Imbabura, ahí existen comunidades indígenas y te van explicando cada cosa, he visto en videos y es chevere!

      No estoy allí, pero estoy volviendo a la región norte y el geoparque suena muy interesante.

      I think northern Ecuador is really underrated for its sheer beauty. I have a few more videos in the area and I hope to go back in a couple weeks.

    Ayngelina this was amazing to watch, so beautiful. I could live there forever. Black berries my favorite berry. Interesting to see several spiritual practices. Nothing like nature for healing. I enjoyed the entire experience. Thanks!

    I love all these haciendas, very interesting about all the medicinal plants in the different areas as well. The little touch me not type pods that burst open when you touch them reminds me of the similar ones we have here in NS but the flowers are orange

    This hacienda is like heaven!! I could stay there forever. I am an animal lover, so the horses being so friendly just made the place more dear. So, it is on my list if I can ever get out of Cuenca. Do you have more information on the place??

    Wow you really knocked it out of the park ! That vlog was so visually stunning that I stopped in the middle and dragged my husband downstairs to watch it again. It has motivated me to pick up a 2nd job so we can afford an exploratory trip. My husband and I are planning to retire in Ecuador in 2026. Your video is a testimony that we are making the right decision to move. Excellent job! Im soooo excited to move! Can you do some videos on Manta. My husband wants to move there but I want Cuenca. Best wishes!

      @ayngelina  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow thank you so much for commenting. This one was a bit different in style but El Cerotal is so beautiful I didn't need to say a lot.
      Manta is on my list for March. I'm planning a road trip that starts in Esmeraldas and ends in Guayaquil. I had hoped to do it in January but a lot of things are closed, including beaches on Sunday with recent restrictions.

    Excellent video!!!. The views are incredible . Thank you for sharing. I would like to visit that place..it is expensive?. What happened with the food taste.? The soup looks delicious. I think I saw chochos. How far from Ibarra the city?.👌

    • @ayngelina
      @ayngelina  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not expensive at all. Of course it depends on when you go, how long you stay and how many people...the food was incredible homestyle, it really fit with the experience of being in a family hacienda. They have a cook on site who is so talented. I didn't show a lot of the food in this one but don't worry Wednesday's video is almost all food. Oh and not far from Ibarra, you could pop into the city for the day and come back to the Hacienda.

    If we look at the haciendas as points where the obraje was carried out and witnessed thousands of deaths of indigenous people, it is no longer so beautiful. They are places that recall the sadness that the human being can exert against another human being.
    They represent identity theft and land misallocation.

    • @ayngelina
      @ayngelina  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You make a very good point here, something I hadn't thought about. Thank you for the thoughtful comment.

      Pero eso pasó hace mucho tiempo y en Ecuador se hizo la "reforma agraria" y muchas propiedades pasaron a los indígenas y ellos tienen la "soberanía alimentaria" y no son no subyugados ni tan pobres como la gente piensa Mantienen sus costumbres de vida vestimenta fiestas etc Si Angeliana visita la hacienda Zuleta en Imbabura mismo podrá enseñar lo que estoy diciendo

    • @Vc221__

      @@silvanavelasco1147 Yo pertenezco a una comunidad indígena y le puedo decir que no es así, mi propia abuela sufrió el maltrato por manos de españoles, mis propia familia me ha contado las formas en las que las mujeres fueron violadas, razón por la cual se persuadía a la mujer para que se casara pronto y no ser ultrajada, razón por la cual las mujeres tuvieron que no bañarse. Y nótese que los europeos llegaron en 1542, y mi familia es de 1900. Puff enorme avance vemos. Estas personas no representan al 90% de este país, que vive con menos de un salario básico. O las personas de las comunidades que tienen malnutrición, representan a unos pocos criollos ( y otras personas que carecen de identidad y están persuadidas en sus subconsciente de pertenecer a ellos) . Si realmente tuvieran derechos, no permitirían la MINERÍA, pero no en este país hay tan poca identidad que prefieren que un extranjero dañe TODA la PACHAMAMA a cambio de un salario mínimo y se lleve todo su dinero. Sí, mucho hemos cambiado antes se llevaban oro, mire Ud. Mientras no superemos nuestro síndrome de acomplejamiento por quienes somos difícilmente se cambiará.

    • @Vc221__
      @Vc221__ 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@silvanavelasco1147 Además desplazar y ADUEÑARSE de tierras no es para nada correcto, a cambio de opio (adoctrinamiento)mire Ud a pesar de ser un país laico (constitucionalmente) sigue siendo un país católico (con todo lo que ello implica políticamente). Es por la FÉ... Por último, no veo para NADA un cambio, las ciudades siguen siendo beneficiadas y ellas mismas se sienten "invadidas" por provincianos, sí tan buena fuese la vida en los pueblos, la gente no iría a las ciudades. La Ciudad alberga al poder pero ni en ella sus ciudadanos viven tranquilos. De hecho es el reflejo de la sociedad que tenemos y OH CASUALIDAD los terrenos más productivos (desde el punto de vista capitalista) pertenecen a personas de apellidos extranjeros. mmmm No sé.
