The full answer is that the term came from mainline games and it refers to having both Ice and Electric type coverage. Bolt Beam does NOT necessarily equal Thunderbolt and Ice Beam, those are just the moves that gave it its name. You could have e.g. Wild Charge and Icy Wind and it would still count as Bolt Beam coverage.
fun fact: tera-ice regieleki (Scarlet and Violet) is the best example of bolt-beam, nullifying its main weakness to ground, and being able to hit that type with supereffective damage. combined with its great attack stats and a base 200 speed, yeah, he's op in the main series games
I'm using one already with tenta lead too, it's so much fun. A big problem are the poison/dark though and I feel they are getting more common this season.

They “closed their app”, etc. What is your aversion to saying someone rage quit? I’m not criticizing - many other content creators seem to avoid saying someone “rage quit” - I just don’t understand why. It’s a dishonorable thing to do, so I don’t get the hesitancy to call it what it is.

Soooooo.. I took a page out of HSH Typholsion book and decided to use a Shadow Machamp lead, but I’m intentionally running Rock Slide/Close Combat, and am just getting insane opens. No one is expecting the Close Combat. One shotting Feralgatr, Mirror Machamp, and even 85% damaging Virizion/Skuntank/Drapions in the lead.
