In my opinion (as an experienced actor) she did AMAZING. You have no idea how important it is to make Elphaba come out of her shell and feel comfortable in her BEAUTY!!! This amount of joy would make anyone crack a smile or two and feel a little closer to someone and I think Courtney’s stable breath and outgoing movement conveys that extremely well!
This is the best thing ever, Courtney was brilliant and is a perfect Glinda and she is a brilliant triple threat theatre actress/singer/dancer she can practically do anything at all she is magnificent 🩷🥰
Saw this live with my partner and was thoroughly impressed. This scene in particular was great cause it seemed Courtney was leaning into being funny. This clip doesn't pick up the laughter in the crowd
I saw it live in Melbourne and she is brilliant and i was lucky enough to meet both Courtney and Sheridan after the show and got photos with them and everything
