Does it make this sound at cold start, when it’s warm, or always? I have this issue but only at cold start. Then after a couple of minutes it goes away and don’t hear it again until the next morning cold start.
The best way old school way to find where the noise is coming from is to take either long screwdriver or long pipe place it on each unit that has a pulley not the pulley itself then put your ear on end of pipe or screwdriver you will be able to tell exactly where noise is coming from, i done this many time through the years never fails just be careful that the screwdriver or pipe doesn't slip that can jar the pipe or screwdriver in your ear, there is a mechanic stethoscope made to check for noises as well that has long probe & plugs in both ears that works as well that can found at some part stores.
Hey I'm currently having the same noisy problem with my 2009 Tacoma, I just found your video after searching on TH-cam and did exactly what you did then the sound stop because the bearings cools down. But I still don't know what else to do with that particular pulley because I replace all the bearings and other pulley bearings today before I find your video. How did you fix the problem?

I am experiencing the same issue. Sound will often increase the next day after heavy rain or just wet.

I would change the serpentine belt , fairly easy to do and it fixed the issue on mine

How do you fixed it?
You replace the pulley. I'm assuming this is just a cheap, easy method of finding which pulley is squeaking. The 1GR-FE has a f-ton of pulleys.
