Thanks for the tutorial. Just a thing, to open command shell [ 2:27 ] you can also type *cmd* in file explorer's directory.

For Windows 11 users. Just click on that usb dll file after selecting take your cursor to the right side (Not on the file right click) and right click you'll seee "open with terminal"

best video ever, you just need to specify if someone is getting device as unauthorized.
Steps (mainly step 2 is important):
-Revoke USB Debugging on phone
If the device is shown as unauthorized, go to the developer options on the phone and click "Revoke USB debugging authorization" (tested with JellyBean & Samsung GalaxyIII).
-Restart ADB Server:
Then restarted adb server
.\adb kill-server
.\adb start-server

For people that already cast the screen but cant control the phone with mouse and keyboard, you need to go to developers options and turn on USB debugging (Security settings)

@@brandedtelevision Yes, all works fine. scrcpy.exe files must be inside the platform-tools folder, if ask for replace files, go for it.
