    Thank you so much for the work you so! I am doing trauma healing work and have incorporated your videos into my daily self care routine. It is amazing how much it is helping and I am encouraging everyone I know do give it a try. This is changing my life and I know it will change the lives of many for the better. Please don’t ever stop helping us learn how to heal. 🙏🏼❤️💕

    I found this really intense and felt all tingly especially down my quads for about 30 minutes afterwards. Love your videos and I have also done your daily om course....😃🙏

      Thank you for your message! I felt the same way when I did this! It even went down my lateral shin and toes. After about a day it subsided but then my leg felt more integrated after!

    How to distinguish between the pain caused by the Psoas or hip?

    • @DailyFascia
      @DailyFascia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That can be really difficult to know for certain. Most often where we 'feel' the pain is not where the problem arises from. We can use pain as a clue as we investigate other potential contributors.

      Keep up with fascia stretches but only work through them pain free!

    I had a long walk of about 2 hrs around the city and the ff. day I had soreness in the muscle between the rib cage and pelvis. Is that Psoas?

      Did you feel that in the front or back of your body? The psoas starts in your back and inserts in the front of your body. It can be tricky to decipher what muscles specifically you might be feeling but really they are all connected to each other and influence each other too!
